Dekada ng Kahalagahan Gala 2023

It is with great pride and gratitude, that we announce our Ten-Year Anniversary Gala on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. The Gala committee has been hard at work planning an evening of celebration, inspiration, and reflection to commemorate a decade of significance, “Dekada ng Kahalagahan”.

Ten years ago, we embarked on a journey fueled by a shared vision and unwavering dedication. Our goal was not just to create an organization, but to make a lasting impact on the lives of those around us. As we celebrate this milestone, we continue to share Silayan Filipina’s mission with all of you who have stood by the core values of this incredible organization.

At our Gala, we will also recognize extraordinary Filipina women, our Pamana Awardees, who are making an imprint in our community, and whose accomplishments serve as an inspiration to women everywhere. Pamana is Filipino for heritage/legacy. This award is dedicated to their experience, their story, and their passion.

Enjoy a formal dinner, silent auction, entertainment and dancing to the live band, The Dream Team, an ensemble of local, all-star musicians especially formed for our Gala.

Proceeds will provide scholarships for our Silayan Filipina’s Karilagan Youth Leadership Program and special community projects.
